How to Cook
1. Wash fillets and dry with a cloth. Bruise black beans, bean paste, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic and cilantro then mix with sesame oil and soya sauce.
2. Top fillet with ginger then cover with sauce and steam for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked. Drizzle hot oil before serving.
